Join us for a healing journey of Acupuncture, Reiki, Crystals, Oils and Sacred Sound. 

Supporting: Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Fatigue, Trauma and Tension. As well as Acute and Chronic Pain, Digestive Disorders, and Hormonal Imbalances.

This is a beautiful, quiet, intimate experience of community healing. 

You will have your own, personal space with yoga mats, blankets, props and an eye pillow. 

**These sessions are considered a "Focus Treatment". We will address your primary concern and our discussion/ intake will be kept to a quiet, respectful minimum. 

~Please limit caffeine intake before you arrive. I want you to fully relax and to be able sink deep into the experience.

~Please enter quietly, sign in, silence your cell phone and find an open space to lay down and make yourself comfortable.

~When you feel complete with the session, raise your hand and I will come and assist you. Please take all the time you need to center and ground before your departure and integrate back into the "real world".
