Breathe. Heal. Rise.
Enjoy a soul invigorating ceremonial practice of Breathwork, Meditation, Visualizations, and slow Grace-full movements accompanied by the sacred sounds of Flute, Hand pan, Tibetan Bowls, Drum, Guitar, rattle and Vocals. It's an absolutely exquisite experience.
Experience a dynamic release, remembering your True Nature and what it is to be ALIVE within Universal Oneness. Deepen your connection to the Divine, and for a moment Trust that everything in your life is ALL RIGHT.
Intentional Breathwork increases Vital Energy, Qi and Prana amplifying whole body circulation, and vibrational energy flow.
The Breath helps us with psycho-emotional transitions in all cycles of life: birth, growth, surrender, death and rebirth.
The Breath also guides the physical body in alleviating pain, reducing inflammation, soothing anxiety and releasing past trauma.
When accompanied with sacred sound, music, and song this practice becomes evolutionary.
***This practice is Contraindicated for Pregnancy and disharmonies within the Cardiovascular and Upper Respiratory Systems
What is Primordial Breathwork?
Our Primordial Breathwork is a unique full-body and sensory experience.
Nikol and Randy weave together threads of movement, sound and breath from traditions spanning the globe and eons of human history. It is the fruit of decades of study into the energetic systems of the human body, traditional healing modalities of the East, and meditative practices of multiple lineages. The main source for our work is drawn from the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic tradition, an ancient yogic lineage that continues to live vibrantly today in the foothills of the Himalaya, in Rishikesh India. Added to this rich practice are threads of Qi Gong, Reiki, and Sacred Sound drawn from across the globe.
We gently, intentionally, and safely move into this deep and open mind/body state using a combined series of movement and breath techniques, all accompanied by heart-opening live music. The mindful movements portion of Himalayan Breath includes elements of Qi Gong and Kriya Yoga that are meant to invigorate and balance vital energy, as well as loosen and open the abdomen and chest cavity to prepare it for deep breathing. The breath techniques begin with gentle yogic pranayama that calms the mind and warms up the respiratory and circulatory systems. After we have gotten our energy activated ad moved into a fluid and unlocked state, we move into a more intense cycle of deep breathing that allows us to bypass the default network of our everyday mental activity and glide into an expanded state of consciousness. It is in this place that the true magic of the practice is realized. Here we may experience the release of sub-consciously held emotion or trauma and receive deep healing. It is possible to enter blissful states of complete presence in moment. We find that usually, people are surprised at what they find, and that it is usually exactly what they needed whether they knew it or not!
Following the Breath cycle, we relax in a warm, connected, meditative state and let the sound bath support us there. Once we have all returned to the room and our bodies, there is time to share, laugh, cry and eat a little chocolate. This time for a talking circle begins the process of integrating the experience and allowing it to create positive change in our lives.
Nikol and Randy humbly offer their support and guidance through this transformative experience. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions about Transformational Breathwork, or to talk to us about scheduling an individual or private group session.
